Privacy Policy
Effective date: [DATE]
This Privacy Policy explains how [Legal entity name] (“Flokker”, “we”) handles data in connection with our Atlassian Marketplace apps (the “Apps”), including Connected Table.
Summary
Our Apps are built on Atlassian Forge and run entirely within Atlassian’s cloud. We do not operate external servers or databases for the Apps, and we do not copy, store, or process your Jira/Jira Service Management content on our own systems. Your app data stays within your Atlassian instance.
Data the Apps handle
- Content you enter (for example, the rows and columns of a Connected Table) is stored in your Atlassian product (in Jira, within the issue’s field value). It is not transmitted to us.
- Configuration you set (such as column definitions) is stored within Atlassian’s app storage for your instance.
- The Apps access Atlassian data only through the permissions (“scopes”) you approve at installation, and only to provide the App’s functionality.
Data we do not collect
- We do not collect, store, or sell your Jira/JSM content.
- We do not host your data on external infrastructure.
- The Apps do not send your content to third-party services.
Support communications
If you contact us for support (for example, by emailing info@flokker.app), we will receive the information you choose to share with us (such as your email address, site URL, and a description of the issue) and use it solely to respond to and resolve your request.
Sub-processors & platform
The Apps run on the Atlassian Forge platform, and app data is stored within Atlassian’s cloud. Atlassian’s handling of that data is governed by Atlassian’s own agreements and privacy commitments. See Atlassian’s trust and privacy resources for details.
Data retention & deletion
App data lives within your Atlassian instance and is retained and deleted according to your Atlassian data-retention settings and your uninstallation of the App. When you uninstall an App, Atlassian removes the App’s access and its app-managed storage per the platform’s lifecycle.
Your rights
Because we do not hold your content on our own systems, requests to access, correct, or delete content should generally be handled within your Atlassian instance. For questions about this policy, contact us at the address below.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated effective date.
